The band was founded in 1999, and within a few years became relatively well-known in the Hungarian popular music scene. Their first EP, which was called Check out the sound, was released in 2001, but the first LP was not released until 2006. The 2010 EP Mindinki király was made available for free download, and their releases since then, including the 2011 album Sav, were only released as authors' editions. They have now also made their older records free to download, which are available on the band's website. In 2011, the band was nominated in the 2011 MTV EMA category for best Hungarian artist
